At the time of booking
Reservations must always be guaranteed by a credit card.
The information provided by the guest must be complete and truthful.
No rooms will be rented to minors. ID may be requested if there is any doubt.
No payment or pre-authorization will be made on the credit card at the time of booking, except in the case of a cancellation according to the agreed-upon cancellation policy.
At check-in
A credit card pre-authorization will be required upon arrival. We request the total amount for the stay plus a $200 pre-authorization.
For payment by cash or debit card, a $250 deposit and an ID will be required. It will not be possible to charge additional expenses to the room during the stay. The room will be inspected at checkout, so please allow a few extra minutes for this process.
The person presenting their credit card must enter their PIN.
Without a credit card, we cannot guarantee possession of the room.
For payment by a third party, an authorization form must be completed in advance. Payment by credit card over the phone is not allowed.
Rooms are available from 4:00 PM.
At checkout
The total amount for the stay will be confirmed on the credit card, including any additional charges (e.g., dining, damages, smoking in the room, etc.).

Cancellation policies
For individual reservations, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
For group reservations (room blocks), cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance.
Any cancellations made outside of these timeframes will be fully charged to the registered credit card.

Pet policies
No pets are allowed at Hotel Le Georgesville or on the property, except for guide dogs and service dogs. Our staff is instructed to request identification and proof of training.
Any violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable fee of $200.00 + taxes. Any damage or additional cleaning caused by non-compliance with this policy will be charged to the registered credit card.
Non-smoking policies
Hotel Le Georgesville is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel and in rooms, whether by traditional methods or electronic devices.
Any violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable fee of $200.00 + taxes.
Other policies
The Aquatik Club is accessible to a maximum of 10 people at a time according to the Building Code. We may make 30-minute time slot reservations upon your arrival, depending on occupancy.
Our gym is accessible 24/7.
For stays of more than one night, there is no daily room cleaning. Necessary supplies for your stay are available at the reception.
Dining policies
